I found the air conditioning lacking!!! Outdoor pools closed during sunny weather was a letdown!!!

We were in Pristina during a period of heavy snow, when travelling was difficult. The hotel gave us a very comfortable place to prepare our work.
The hotel doesn't have the advantage of either being close to the town or to the airport - there is a daily shuttle to Pristina, but the time of the morning bus didn't suit us.

Comfortable Stay with Friendly Staff
The large double room offered ample space and comfy beds. Don't miss the excellent breakfast with a diverse spread, and the Top restaurant on the 5th floor was really nice. Though it's a bit far from the city center, the service made it worth it.

It is the best hotel in Pristina. It is very comfortable, clean, new and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Very comfortable room and great bathroom. The restaurant meals were excellent, compliments to the chef with a good range of great wines. All in all, a highly recommended hotel.

The breakfast spread was a feast for the senses, with local goodies that would make any foodie swoon. Spa facilities were luxurious-just what you need to unwind after exploring Pristina! Plus, the staff were so friendly and spoke English.
While it was mostly a blast, the indoor pool was a bit of a letdown due to cleaning days, and water prices at the pool were a tad ridiculous-5€ for a liter? Oof.

The spacious, well-maintained rooms exude a fresh scent. Breakfast featured an excellent array of options, including amazing handmade pasta. The staff's attentiveness. The inconsistency of the air conditioning posed a challenge, along with the absence of in-room coffee/tea facilities, which regrettably limited our experience. The location is a bit remote, necessitating taxi rides to reach the city center, but the surrounding views are picturesque.

The hotel features excellent design with a spacious, marble-laden lobby that gives it a luxurious feel. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities you'd expect, like plush bedding and a well-appointed bathroom.
The indoor pool had its access restricted for all the days I was there, which really limited options for unwinding. The poolside water prices felt excessive. Shelling out 5€ for a liter felt a bit steep. Room cleanliness was good, but I did detect a subtle smell of tobacco, not ideal. The breakfast offering, although decent, could use a touch more variety to stand out.

The spa area really impressed me. It had multiple options for relaxation, from saunas to hot tubs. My Thai oil massage was great, one of the best I've had. The outdoor pool offered a great sunbathing spot, providing easy access from the spa. The breakfast spread was delicious with a wide variety, and the staff treated me very well, always friendly and ready to help. I faced some issues with the indoor pool being closed for cleanings, disappointing. The water prices at the pool felt excessive, charging 5€ for a liter felt a bit steep. I wished the outdoor pools remained open longer, as they were closed for the season .
